The Ho Chi Minh City Peace Committee (HPC) is a member organization of the Viet Nam Peace Committee, and also an affiliate of the Ho Chi Minh City Union of Friendship Organizations (HUFO),
HPC’s function is to widely mobilize people from all strata in Ho Chi Minh City to support and work for the goal of peace and social progress in order to contribute to the consolidation of a peaceful and stable environment for the development of the country, and to the safeguarding of international peace and security.
HPC’s mode of operation is to integrate and coordinate activities of diverse forms and nature with other civic and social organizations inside and outside HUFO to contribute to the work of people-to-people relations in Ho Chi Minh City, specifically:
