Trinh Thi Hong Dang is a speaker, author, and trainer specializing in emotional intelligence, strategic brand storytelling, and multidisciplinary leadership – with an international background in finance and entrepreneurship. She was the 2nd Runner-up at Miss Universe Vietnam 2023.
She holds a BSc in Risk Management and Economics from Pennsylvania State University (USA), has worked on Wall Street, and launched businesses in Russia.
Dang advises educational institutions, businesses, startups, government agencies, and community programs on leadership & human development, narrative design, and sustainable growth. With over five years of training experience, she has supported more than 1,000 individuals and delivered 30+ workshops on emotional intelligence, storytelling in leadership, brand story development, and international networking. Her collaborations include Antler, Andros Asia, Teach for Vietnam, Vinacapital Foundation, and other organizations.
