Mdm. Ton Nu Thi Ninh

President

Former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam to the E.U. and Belgium. Former Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly’s Foreign Affairs Committee. Madam Tôn Nữ Thị Ninh was previously a university lecturer, diplomat, and people’s representative.

Currently, she is active in socio-cultural and people-to-people diplomacy, contributing to Vietnam’s sustainable development; empowering women and youth, as well as promoting Vietnam’s international integration and national brand. Through extensive public engagement, particularly with women, the younger generation, and the media, she is known as one of Vietnam’s most influential public figures.

First-Class Labor Order Commander of the Order of the Legion of Honour (France) Honorary Doctorate in Social Sciences from RMIT University (Australia) Her first book, “Tư duy và Chia sẻ” (Thinking and Sharing), has been published for the 8th time.

He worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Viet Nam for over 39 years, from 1974 to 2013, successively as Director General of Department of International Law and Treaties; Ambassador – Permanent Representative of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam to the International Organizations In Vienna – Austria. Nguyen Ba Son has also been very actively teaching international law in several local universitites, writing as an editor in chief or a sole author of research papres, monographs, textbooks and articles on internaional law subjects.

Ms. Tran Thi Nguyet Sa

Master of Arts in International Communications and Development – City University London.

Fellowship in Arts Management at the DeVos Institute of Arts Management, Kennedy Center for Performing Arts, Washington D.C. She previously worked as an editor for Ho Chi Minh City Television (HTV) and the BBC World Service in London. Subsequently, she served as Head of the Performance Department at the Ho Chi Minh City Ballet, Symphony Orchestra and Opera (HBSO), and as a consultant and project manager in Vietnam for the Transposition Programme Norway – an organization supporting the development of leading classical music organizations in Vietnam.

In her work, she has participated in numerous cultural and charitable projects. In 2014, she initiated Saigon Chamber Music – a summer music camp specializing in chamber music. She also designed and taught the subject of Music Appreciation at various universities in Ho Chi Minh City.
