Chau Duong Quang is currently a lecturer at the University of Education – Vietnam National University, Hanoi, and a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Educational Policy and Leadership at SUNY Albany (USA), where he is also a member of the Program for Research on Private Higher Education (PROPHE). His research focuses on higher education policy, particularly governance, internationalization, and private universities. Beyond academia, he contributes opinion pieces on Vietnamese higher education, organizes conferences, and leads various educational projects.

She joined HPDF in 2016, bringing with her 25 years of experience as a specialist at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Viet Nam National Commission for UNESCO (1998–2008).
Commencing his career in a little production company residing in the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh city as a purchasing staff gave Tri a chance to familiarize himself with supply chain system and efficiency management. Changing his job later but he remained interested in operational excellence. Participating in different subjects in his teaching career in higher education and eventually finding a passion in strategic management, Tri particularly focused on organizational knowledge transfer for productivity improvement. His doctorate was developed around the concept of knowledge acquisition of partners in international joint ventures. Responsible for running a school of tourism, he is active in directing his organization into research and education of digital transformation in business. In his view, tourism businesses nowadays should proactively capture technologies to enhance their competitiveness and intensify their sustainability.
Founder of SANTANI Media and the Vietnamese Cultural Digital Library – S Gallery. She is a producer and director of humanitarian and educational programs such as Miracles, Traffic Knights, and Precious Books, Life-Changing Knowledge. From 2019 to 2020, she pioneered Vietnam’s first virtual exhibitions through projects with Vietnam Charm Magazine. In 2022, she launched the S Gallery app, promoting cultural education in digital formats and attracting tens of thousands of online visitors. She is now developing a Vietnamese cultural e-library and organizing the “Colors of Heritage” initiative, aiming to promote local culture among youth and international audiences.
Dr. Tran Le Bao Chan is currently a lecturer at the Faculty of French, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, formerly Head of the Department of Translation and Communication, and is currently Deputy Head of the Faculty. With more than 18 years of experience in teaching and researching French literature and language, she is always passionate about the development of the younger generation. In addition to working at the school, Dr. Bao Chan is also a reputable translator with 12 published books (Nha Nam, Tao Dan, Tre Publishing House, …), contributing to introducing French culture to Vietnam through the works of Jules Verne, Annie Ernaux, … and promoting Vietnamese culture to the world (translation of “Thi Phap Truyen Kieu”). She wishes to contribute her experience to meaningful community activities.
Dr Tuan-Anh Tran (TA) is a co-founder and CEO of Solano, a technology startup developing advanced distributed solutions for energy supply and industrial automation.
Prior to Solano, TA worked at Alabaster with Misfit Wearables’ founder, a global VC investing in deeptech startups in energy, materials, and foodtech. He used to be a researcher at the University of Oxford, where he developed the world-first Gigabit/s LiFi system. He also spent time building high-frequency investment strategies at the quantitative hedge-fund IKOS, developing control technology for aircraft engines at Rolls-Royce plc, and working on power-plant developments at global engineering consultancy Mott MacDonald.
TA holds a doctorate in Engineering Science from the University at Oxford, fully funded by the highly-competitive Clarendon Scholarship, and graduated with a Double First in the prestigious Engineering, Economics and Management (EEM) also at Oxford.

Minh Dang is an entrepreneur and investor in the field of health and human development, currently holding the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Koro, a pioneer in providing regenerative magnetic water solutions. Mr. Mai Anh Thai was born in 1980, married, and has a daughter. Before taking on the position of Director of CEFALT, Mr. Mai Anh Thai was the former Deputy Director, Foreign Affairs and International Conference Service Center (FSC); former Third Secretary, Embassy of Vietnam in Tanzania.
As Deputy Director of FSC (from 2018 – 2021), he actively supported the promotion of Southern localities to international friends, promoted trade, investment and tourism promotion activities of the locality through arranging for local leaders to visit other countries and arranging for international delegations to visit the locality. As Third Secretary, Embassy of Vietnam in Tanzania, concurrently serving Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Ethiopia and Somalia, term 2013 – 2016, he was in charge of consular work, diplomatic protocol, cultural diplomacy, arranged many working visits of Vietnamese delegations, strengthened investment, trade, education and cultural relations between Vietnam and countries in the East African region.
During his 16 years working at the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Foreign Affairs, he worked in different units of the Department as a specialist, Deputy Head of the Reception Department, Deputy Chief of Office, Secretary of the Department Director, Deputy Director of FSC. Mr. Mai Anh Thai has a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Diplomatic Academy (2006), Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications, Academy of Posts and Telecommunications (2002).
Ms. Hoang Ngoc Anh is an entrepreneur, host, newscaster, and public speaker. She is currently Managing Director at VIENTITY Co. and Founding Organizer at TEDxSaiGon. Furthermore, she is the Vietnamese delegate at TEDWomen 2019, a Skoll Foundation Scholar, and one of 10 TEDx representatives to advocate for climate action at the TED Countdown global summit in 2021.

Julien Tran is a Viet Kieu from France, and lives in Vietnam for more than 10 years now.
